IMPORTANT: All sales are considered final. Management reserves the right to decide on any refunds, which may be subject to a 30% handling charge. Exchanges, refunds, and returns for credit must be accompanied by a sales slip. Deposits are non-refundable and become void after 10 days. There is no labor guarantee on merchandise. We are not liable for any labor costs associated with the installation of parts purchased. No credit or refund will be issued for any article that has been taken apart or disassembled. Engines, transmissions, and rear ends come with a thirty (30) day warranty, unless otherwise specified on the invoice. Failure to return cores within 10 days will result in the warranty being void. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the installation, removal, or use of our products. Customers must return the parts themselves in the event of a return, if they took the part with them at the time of purchase.
Returned parts will not be accepted if they have undergone any form of painting or tampering. The warranty will be rendered void if the parts are not installed in the specified vehicle or if any modifications have been made. In order for the warranty to remain valid, engines and transmissions must be installed by a certified mechanic. Additionally, engines must be equipped with new water pump, seals, and timing chain.
